This course is designed for students and working professionals with a basic knowledge of Italian to communicate accurately and effectively in spoken and written Italian in business contexts.
This course aims to help students, through authentic texts and situations, such as mail for asking and accept an appointment, to become more fluent and confident in the workplace. Students can learn how to prepare a business correspondence in Italian and write a mail to book a hotel for a business meeting.
The course focuses also on the internet trade, students learn how to ask information about the company, item’s insurance, and price list and how to make a complaint about irregular supply and late delivery.
Plus, a wide overview of the Italian business culture, such as the handshake and the punctuality, can help students better understand the local working methods and non-verbal communication.
