Terms & Conditions:
Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using our Mid-Autumn Festival Promotion (“Voucher”) operated by the Dante Alighieri Society Limited (“Company”).
By confirming your order using the Voucher you are accepting these terms and conditions. Any terms which you seek to impose in respect of the order for the Voucher through this site will not form part of any contract between us.
If you have any queries on these terms, please contact us before ordering using the Voucher. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms and conditions for your future reference.
1. Details of Voucher:
1.1 The Promotion is available in conjunction with payment for lessons made by cash, cheque, EPS or bank transfer and is only valid from the 1st of September till the 12th of September 2022.
1.2 The Voucher entitles you $300 off the subsequent group course you choose to enroll in after the first class you enrolled in.
1.3 You must email the Company in advance of your intention to use or redeem the Voucher and quote your enrollment details at the time of using the Voucher.
2. Voucher Restrictions
2.1 This Voucher is only applicable to newly enrolled students.
2.2 This Voucher is only applicable to our Adult Group Classes, and cannot be used for our Private Lessons, Corporate Courses, Children’s Courses nor our Membership or Cultural Events.
2.3 This Voucher cannot be combined alongside other promotions or discounts and is valid for a single transaction only.
2.4 This Voucher cannot be exchanged or redeemed in cash, both fully and partially and is non-refundable.
2.5 To use this Voucher, you must enroll in a group classes under the Term 3 schedule/2022 and Term 1 schedule/2023.
3.1. The Company shall not be responsible for the loss of any Vouchers or any damage, injury, illness, accident, expense, or any other claim arising from involvement in the goods and/or services provided.
3.2. As the mode of instruction may be subject to change from face-to-face to online, or vice versa, at the discretion of the Company and in accordance with the instructions from the Education Bureau and the situation in Hong Kong, there will be no refunds given based on preferred method of learning.
4. Returns & Guarantees
4.1 If a course enrolled with this Voucher is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, you will be entitled to a full refund of the paid course fee, and this should be collected as soon as possible and, in any event, not later than one month after said request. This Voucher can be applied in another group class under the Term 3 schedule/2022 and Term 1 schedule/2023, one single transaction only.
4.2 Our school will inform students of the refund arrangement either over the telephone or in writing. For students aged below 18, their parents or guardians can proceed with the refund procedures on behalf of the students.
5. Copyright Infringement
5.1. All services and contents of the Company’s site and promotional materials are subject to the rules in the Trademark Ordinance (Cap.559) and the Hong Kong Basic Law.
5.2. You may not modify, publish, transmit, or participate in the transfer or sale of our goods and services nor create derivative works from the Company to display or exploit in any format whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to remove you from our services and ability to the use said Voucher without refund if you are caught violating our intellectual private property.
Acceptable Use of Our Services:
1. You must use the Service only for purposes as permitted by this Agreement and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practice in Hong Kong. In the case of a dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final.
2. You agree to use our Services only for legal, authorized, and acceptable purposes. You will not use (or assist others in using) our Services in ways that: (a) violate or infringe the rights of the Company, its staff and students and or others or (b) involve sending illegal or impermissible communications to impersonate or harm others in the Company’s name.
3. To report a violation of our policies, please contact the Company as we reserve the right to change this policy at any given time, of which you will be promptly updated.
