Dante Alighieri Society welcomes all of you to join this special Pasta Making Cooking Class during the 9th Week of Italian Cusine in the World🌎
Join our cooking class at TownGas Cooking Centre and master the art of fresh pasta following the precious advice from Corporate Chef Andrea Viglione and Executive Chef Sebastiano Ricciardetto from PICI (Pirata Group).
This year’s edition focuses on the Mediterranean Diet and Cuisine of the Origins: Health and Tradition. There’s no better ingredient than pasta to enhance the Italian cuisine tradition, this is your chance to learn how to make the perfect Tagliolini with shaved black truffle, Orecchiette nduja and sausage, and Tagliatelle carbonara!
