Gnocchi, Tagliatelle, Orecchiette, Penne, Spaghetti, Cavatelli… how many types of pasta are there in in Italy? It may be impossible to count but certainly fun to prepare! Made in different varieties of all shapes and sizes, pasta serves as a staple ingredient in Italian households.
Fresh pasta is always within everyone’s reach, for both adults and kids. The famous “Ricette delle nonne” (Grandmas recipes) has moulded Italian cuisine for generations, where homemade pasta preparation becomes a special moment of family gathering, involving children and grandchildren.
Your kids will be ready to live out one of the most important Italian culinary experiences, as they will improve their creativity and manual abilities while making three of the most famous Italian pastas (Orecchiette, Tagliatelle and Cavatelli). Our classes are perfect for culinary-curious children, who will then bring their own pasta to cook at home and enjoy it with their families! Buon appetito!

玉棋（馬鈴薯麵糰）、鳥巢麵、貓耳朵麵、筆管麵、意大利直麵、貝殼粉……意大利到底有多少種麵食？可能數之不盡，但絕對煮之有趣！各式各樣、各種形態的意大利麵一直都是意大利家庭的指定菜式，無論大人小孩都適合居家烹調。
著名的「祖母食譜」塑造了幾代人的意大利料理，而自家製意大利麵的準備過程連兒女子孫都可參與，更是共聚天倫的獨特時刻。
現在，您的子女也有機會體驗這種意大利美食習俗！透過烹調三款著名義大利麵食（貓耳朵麵、鳥巢麵及貝殼粉），他們將發揮創意、鍛鍊手藝。我們的課程適合對美食感興趣的兒童，製作好的料理更可帶回家與親朋好友一同品嚐。用餐愉快！
