Date: Fri 11th November 2022 \n⏰ Time: 6:30-8:00pm \n?️ Venue: Room 702\, 7/F Hong Kong Arts Centre\, 2 Harbour Road\, Wan Chai\, Hong Kong \nWe are pleased to announce our latest collaboration with Slow Food Hong Kong: a two-part series of events which firstly involves free seminar at our center\, followed by a tasting of Slow Food Presidia’s products on the 16th of Nov 2022. \nGiven the risk of climate change and massive industrial production threatening our environment daily\, Slow Food has thus been committed for years to preserving endangered products and species from extinction.
