A World of Presidia: Food, Culture and Community (Part 2: Tasting at Casa Certa)

Being the second installment of our collaboration with Slow Food, this event will let you sample some of freshest, finest ingredients Italy has to offer.

Guests will enjoy a special night of an exclusive tasting held in Casa Certa- which brands itself as an “ambassador of Italian wines, food, crafts and lifestyle”. With suppliers like Slow Food- this event brings the best of local Italian gastronomy to Hong Kong while being environmentally conscious.

It will also be an ideal opportunity to learn about the Slow Food Presidia products which will be the main highlights of our tasting event held on Wednesday 16th November.

Savor each scrumptious bite of organic produce, which honors the communities dedicated to safeguarding food biodiversity in terms of plant varieties, animal breeds, bread, cheeses, cured meats, traditional sweets, and other products.
