A World of Presidia: Food, Culture and Community (Part 1: Seminar with Slow Food)

We are pleased to announce our latest collaboration with Slow Food Hong Kong: a two-part series of events which firstly involves free seminar at our center, followed by a tasting of Slow Food Presidia’s products on the 16th of Nov 2022.
Given the risk of climate change and massive industrial production threatening our environment daily, Slow Food has thus been committed for years to preserving endangered products and species from extinction. These virtuous examples of communities are also committed to handing down techniques and crafts, taking care of the environment, and enhancing landscapes, territories, and cultures from across the globe.
Led by representatives of Slow Food, this event will discuss the importance of preserving local, sustainable produce; and will honor the communities dedicated to safeguarding biodiversity in terms of plant varieties, animal breeds, and other natural goods to protect our environment.
